Let blind readers see your site completely!

Have you ever noticed a box that said "ALT TEXT" when you were inserting an image into a website?  Do you know what ALT TEXT is?  ALT TEXT is the place where you put a short description or name of the image that you are adding to your website or blog.  Why do you need ALT TEXT?  Well, you might not but a blind student or parent might.  ALT TEXT allows screen reader applications to read to the intended audience what the image is based on the text that you insert into the ALT TEXT box.  It only takes a few seconds but could mean a lot to the person that needs it.  Don't forget your ALT TEXT!
